Formation

The formation and administration of all Isle of Man companies is attended to by our professionally qualified staff, who are available to discuss your proposed use of an Isle of Man company. Whilst a selection of company names is always available, an application for name approval for a clients own choice of name may also be filed. Such applications generally take two working days to process.

Whilst a company will be established as soon as the first years' fees and incorporation disbursements are settled a client may not utilise a company until all due diligence information has been provided.
