Professional Introduction

In common with many other tax haven locations, the Isle of Man Government requires company formation firms to make reasonable enquiries with respect to new clients. Therefore, in addition to information such as the type of business and likely turnover which the banks also insist upon, we request a short letter of introduction from a professional adviser such as a banker, solicitor or qualified professional accountant. Such a letter should be addressed to the Secretary, Fiscal Services Limited and take the following format:-

"Dear Sirs,

We have known the above client for ..... years. We are happy to confirm that to the best of our knowledge and belief, this gentleman is a person of good repute and has always conducted his business affairs in a proper manner."
