Termination of Services

Our services are provided on a continuing annual basis and our fees are payable in advance. As companies are set up for an indefinite period, all nominee and other services are provided on the understanding that we are given six months notice in writing when our services are no longer required. Where a company has been properly invoiced for fees and expenses due on the first or anniversary of the continuing year, these fees are due in full and no reduction of the six months fees in lieu of notice will be given on notice to terminate our services. If fees are not settled within three months of an account being issued, without resonable grounds, we reserve the right to take action to protect our interests. This will include transferring the registered ownership of a company's shares to the beneficial owner(s). Company Officials will resign and registered office facilities will be withdrawn.
